The tournament will feature Round Robin events

The tournament director reserves the right to combine or cancel events with insufficient registration.  No group will run with fewer than 4 entries. If two age groups have to be merged together, due to insufficient registration, ONE set of medals will be awarded.

The Tournament Director may modify the scoring format in the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen delays.

New Format for 2023

The tournament is offering 5 skill levels and 6 age groups. Until the tournament committee can assess the interest in various categories – registration limits will be as follows:

  • The first FIVE teams registered in men’s doubles and women’s doubles (round robins) will be admitted to the tournament. (eg. 3.5  for 55-59 years) Other teams will be placed on the waitlist until the tournament committee can balance and/or add teams.
  • The first FIVE teams registered in mixed doubles (round robins) be admitted to the tournament. (eg. mixed doubles 4.0 for 60-64 years) Other teams will be placed on the waitlist until the tournament committee can balance and/or add teams.

An event is considered full when the limit set is filled by fully registered teams. At that time a waitlist will be created by Pickleball Brackets. Teams must appear on the waitlist should the tournament director decide to expand the bracket.

The organizing committee reserves the right to cap the number of registrants on any one day of the tournament when the facilities/schedules reach capacity.   The tournament will not run events with less than 4 teams.  If categories are combined, due to a lack of entries, only one set of awards will be given.  Some skill or age categories may be collapsed to create room in categories in high demand.  The decision to combine categories is at the discretion of the tournament director.
